It is known that everything in the world is vibration.  The food you eat, air you breathe, your body: organs; tissues; cells, plants, minerals, water, thoughts, emotions… everything!  By studying physics and the laws of resonance, we can see how sound moves matter and “Sound Healing” is another way of saying that frequency and vibration, depending on how they are used, effect our physical, mental and emotional worlds and have great potential to bring harmony of health and balance to dis-ease or otherwise chaotic vibrations in us and around us.  It is an ancient practice and in my opinion our western world is wise to be open to the many powerful benefits of “Sound for Healing”.  Visit my INDIVIDUAL SERVICES PAGE for more details about my offerings.

The applications and benefits of Vibrational Medicine are many and more are being found to exist every day.  Some benefits are immediate and some, with practice and through the transformative law of resonance can be permanent.  Here are some that I have experience with:

Less stress and anxiety; better sleep; clearer vision; lower cortisol; more calm; more joy; greater resilience; ability to self regulate; faster recovery; less or no pain; increased energy, more confidence; deepened intuition; more balance mental state; greater focus; enhanced creativity.

Vibrational Medicine and Somatic (or body based therapies) such as “Shaking Medicine” and “Sound Therapy” focus on our body’s intuition and get to the root of what causes most symptoms of dis-ease.  They are extremely effective in moving “stuck” or stored emotional energies and integrating these energies into a more harmonious state.  Vibrational Medicine can often take care of years of trauma in a fraction of the time compared with modalities such as talk therapy and other mental focused practices that can often take months if not years to resolve symptoms.  You are welcome to attend one of my EVENTS or CONTACT ME to learn more!

The sound of “home”eostasis!  Your home note is a note at which your body attains it’s most peaceful state.

I offer a body/nervous system assessment (home note assessment) where through the use of the sound massage table and specific frequencies we will discover the note at which your body is at its most peaceful state.

Our brains are always in one of the several different brainwave states. A binaural beat is simply one ear hearing one frequency and the other ear hearing a different frequency and your brain makes up the difference and therefore your brain is entrained into whatever the “difference” frequency is.  This is called Brainwave Entrainment. Using any old frequency doesn’t always result in a binaural beat though. If the frequencies are too far apart the difference between them will be too great and will not result in a brainwave state. Also binaural beats are below the normal hearing range so normally they are combined with a carrier frequency to “listen” to them.  I’m part of the Medical Sound Research Foundation and there are many studies being done that have proven brainwave entrainment with binaural beats as an effective modality to treat many symptoms and often get to the root of issues such as sleep disorders and ADHD.  They can also enhance focus for professional and athletes.  I offer a binaural beats session.  Visit my INDIVIDUAL SERVICES PAGE for scheduling if you’d like to give it a try.

A Soul Song is a healing, relaxing song with your home note, favorite nature sounds and binaural beats added in and produced by me!

You can listen to this “soul song” and as it resonates with your most relaxed vibrational state, use it to regulate your nervous system and return to peace and bliss anytime you like! Keeping your body at a place of peace is the first step to healing, as our bodies cannot begin to heal when we are stressed.  You must first have done the home note assessment session before requesting this service.

You will receive the following: Hand crafted Music file (mp3) of your “Soul Song” with toning meditation all tuned to your own frequency/frequencies. (20 minutes in length)
